The Miami to Orlando route
Brightline's higher-speed service links downtown Miami with Orlando International Airport in about 3½ hours, with departures throughout the day from early morning to late evening. It's the only direct train between South Florida and Orlando — no car, no I-95, no airport security lines.

Stations
Trains depart from 600 NW 1st Avenue in downtown Miami, connected to Metrorail, Metromover and Tri-Rail. On the other end, you arrive inside Terminal C at Orlando International Airport (MCO), about 30-45 minutes by car or rideshare from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios.
Train vs. driving
The drive up I-95 or the Turnpike is around 235 miles and 3½-4 hours without traffic — and South Florida traffic rarely cooperates. The train takes about the same time station-to-station, but you spend it in a seat with Wi-Fi, power outlets and a café car instead of behind the wheel.
Good to know
Heading to the theme parks? Orlando's station is inside Terminal C at Orlando International Airport, so from arrival it's an easy connection to Walt Disney World or Universal Studios by rideshare, hotel shuttle or rental car — plan on another 30-45 minutes. Fares are dynamic, so booking ahead almost always beats walking up on the day, especially around weekends and holidays.
